• Discord user ID and username
• Minecraft username and UUID
• Hypixel game statistics used for tracking and session features
• Discord server and channel identifiers relevant to bot operation

How we use it

Collected information is used exclusively to deliver bot features such as stat lookups, session tracking, and server verification. It is also used to manage access to whitelisted servers and to detect misuse of the service.

Third-party services

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with external parties. The bot integrates with the following third-party APIs to function:

• Discord — for authentication and server membership checks
• Hypixel — for retrieving game statistics
• Mojang — for resolving Minecraft usernames to UUIDs

Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy that applies to their handling of your data.

Data retention

Information is retained only as long as it is needed to operate the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the bot owner directly via Discord.

Security

Reasonable protections are in place to prevent unauthorised access, including read-only API access and token protection. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
